About Michael
I've spent 20 years building software and companies across Southeast Asia and beyond. I started with safety-critical systems at Schneider Electric, then co-founded and scaled a bootstrapped company to 20+ people across multiple countries, and later served as CTO at VC-backed startups including FoodRazor and BuildBear Labs.
In between, I spent two and a half years as an Investment Associate at Cocoon Capital, one of Singapore's leading early-stage VC firms. That gave me a clear view of what separates businesses that scale from those that stall, and it rarely comes down to the product alone.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, primarily SMEs and mid-sized businesses, plus selected founders and startups where the fit is right. Based in Singapore.
